<span>A long-time kinship with ocean communities means when Lynn is not helping buyers and sellers on St John, she's probably snorkeling or hiking or walking her dog along one of the many gorgeous St. John beaches. A native of Virginia Beach, Lynn came down here in 2000 and discovered a very different coastal lifestyle, whose warmth and tropical colors meant she never looked back. It helped that her sister was a 25-year resident of St. John, giving Lynn some roots as she worked to transfer her sales and marketing skills honed on the mainland to the world of property management on St. John. These days, she's moved from managing property to selling them as a dynamic and respected agent of Islandia. She delights in helping newcomers and established St. Johnians find or connect to their island roots.</span>
